BST Thinkers uses a structured diagnostic covering four dimensions: existing digital tools and their actual adoption, team skills and willingness to change, quality of processes and data, and strategic alignment between digital priorities and business objectives. This 2 to 3 hour diagnostic produces a priority action plan and a realistic transformation roadmap.
